As Portfolio Manager Service Partner Design (m/f/d) you can expect the following main tasks:
- Further / development of a portfolio strategy for service partners / outsourcing options for the entire PASM
- Development and implementation of the service partner strategy
- Development of single-/multi-vendor scenarios, as well as their evaluation along a criteria catalog to be defined
- Preparation and pre-assessment of decision memos for top management on outsourcing decisions and overall resource allocation issues.
- Support in the preparation of tender catalogs and contract content
- Design, implementation and execution of the service partner process, including business case creation and IT technical mapping
- Link between production, business management and portfolio managemen
- Overall quality controlling of ongoing processes in close coordination with the operational management of the service partners
- Management of projects with strategic relevance
Ideally, you will bring the following:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with relevant expertise in outsourcing management
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as interest in a dynamic international environment
- Independent and solution-oriented approach as well as a high degree of initiative
- Experience in process management and methodical process analysis as well as experience in designing digital processes and software solutions
- Strong communication skills and a high level of intercultural social skills
- Convincing and solution-oriented communication skills in German and English
