As an IT Process Engineer (m/f/d), the following key tasks await you:
- Development and implementation of strategic concepts for holistic process maps including all interfaces (E2E)
- Management of strategic projects to improve overarching processes and quality standards
- Analysis of complex overall systems and existing processes to identify and evaluate optimization potential in the dimensions of automation and quality
- Identification of process weaknesses or gaps in overall systems, taking into account technology transfer
- Development and implementation of concepts and programs of measures for quality assurance and improvement
- Definition of overall quality targets and process key performance indicators Implementation and automation in a cloud-based IT environment
- Tracking of the degree of automation and its continuous improvement
- Execution of process reviews/audits
Ideally, you bring the following skills and knowledge:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science or an MBA General Management – Project and Process Management or a comparable professional training with a corresponding field of study or subject-specific additional training or several years of professional experience in the Process Engineering environment.
- ITIL certification and preferably several years of professional experience
- Experience in process management and methodical process analysis as well as experience in designing digital processes and software solutions
- Convincing and solution-oriented communication skills in German and English language
